In first phase Best Coder Software plans to visit more then 12 College from more then 6 state for getting best talent to grow faster and work in different technology in different domain.

4 member team will be responsible for recruitment and selection including member from technology and people matters group.

Selected candidate will be on training for first 6 month as per industry and will be offered competitive package.
